About The Position

Primary Healthcare Centers (PHC) is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to help expand access to high-quality healthcare throughout Northwest Georgia. As a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), PHC has proudly served our communities since 1980. Our mission is to reveal God's love by providing high-quality, accessible healthcare for all. In this role, you will build strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners to increase awareness of PHC's services and create new opportunities for patient growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Passion for sales and building lasting professional relationships.
Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve goals.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to influence decision-makers and build trust with community partners.
Professional, ethical, and team-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

Experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing business.
Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Healthcare industry or employee benefits experience.
Experience working with employee benefit brokers or employer groups.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to meet employer and community partnership goals.
Build and maintain relationships with local employers, organizations, and community leaders.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
Present PHC's services to prospective employer groups and community partners.
Nurture prospects through the sales cycle and assist with onboarding new employer partners.
Track sales activities and performance metrics to ensure goals are achieved.
Represent PHC professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
Perform other duties as assigned.
