Responsibilities
- Contact customers by phone, text, and email
- Help customers schedule service appointments
- Follow up with customers regarding upcoming maintenance
- Answer basic questions and assist with appointment needs
- Maintain accurate customer and appointment information
- Work closely with our Service Advisors and Service Department
- Help create an excellent customer experience from the very first contact
