This role is for someone who enjoys seeing their work create real-time impact and wants to help build the commercial engine behind a company shaping the future of retail media. The Business Development Representative role is built for someone who thinks like a founder, moves like an athlete, and wants to help build the top of funnel for one of the most technically ambitious products in Retail Media today. This is a high-agency role where your output directly shapes company growth. You’ll research markets, identify buying signals, test messaging, learn what resonates, surface insights to Sales and Marketing, and help us turn outbound into a repeatable growth engine. This is a role for someone early in their sales career who has already shown a pattern of initiative.
