The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in driving new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing sales opportunities within target markets. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this individual will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients by converting leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team, and supporting revenue expansion through strategic outreach and relationship management. This opportunity is best suited for individuals with a professional and driven attitude, adaptable and accountable mindset, and ability to handle outbound calls and sales communications to support the Sales team.
