About The Position

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our sales teams. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy talking with customers, setting appointments, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, offering a significant opportunity for long-term career advancement within a growing automotive company. Requirements

  • Customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and the internet
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Positive, energetic, and motivated personality
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends)
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and internet leads
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
  • Build strong relationships and deliver a top-tier customer experience
  • Maintain and update online vehicle listings
  • Generate and track leads through CRM systems
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Support sales and service teams with follow-up and customer outreach
  • Complete administrative tasks and reports as needed
