The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a key contributor to Nium’s revenue engine, responsible for driving qualified pipeline through strategic inbound lead qualification and targeted outbound prospecting. Reporting to the Director, Head of BDRs, this individual brings demonstrated sales development experience and the ability to engage sophisticated buyers across complex, cross-border payment use cases. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong track record of exceeding pipeline targets, deep familiarity with modern sales methodologies, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, international environment.
