This role will funnel the leads to a sales representative to further qualify and close the sale. This position is purely a lead generation role and will not be responsible for further steps in the sales cycle. This role will be aligned with our Marketing line of business and background in Marketing is preferred. The role involves generating interest in a discovery meeting with an established RRD Sales Executive, identifying multiple contact points within a supplied list of targets, and positioning the value proposition of RRD's products and services. It also includes conducting online research to understand prospect business objectives, generating a high-value sales pipeline through strategic and targeted prospecting for Healthcare accounts, collaborating with the sales team to develop target prospect lists, and managing a pipeline of prospects to provide top-class customer experience. The Business Development Representative will effectively transition leads to an account executive after the first discovery meeting and actively utilize Salesforce for all lead generation activities. Regular meetings with Sales Leaders to evaluate strategy are also part of the role.
