About The Position

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D. We’re looking for a Business Development Representative who will be the first point of contact for leading companies across Israel exploring next-generation cloud and AI solutions. Working closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams, you will build and qualify pipeline to accelerate Nebius’s growth in US markets.

Requirements

  • Fluent English is required, both written and verbal.
  • 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience in cloud, B2B SaaS, or AI, with a proven track record targeting UKI markets.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and local data-privacy regulations.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong cross-cultural awareness and adaptability.
  • Collaborative team player comfortable operating in a hybrid office model.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility as a condition of hire.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and sales engagement tools such as Outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with AEs to map and prioritize target accounts across UKI, then execute a mix of outbound calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to secure qualified meetings.
  • Screen and qualify inbound MQLs generated by Marketing, ensuring each prospect meets BANT criteria before handing off a detailed prospect brief to AEs.
  • Conduct qualification calls to uncover customer pain points, technical requirements, and budget.
  • Represent Nebius at key European tech events, book on-site meetings, and follow up to maximize ROI.
  • Gather market intelligence (common objections, competitive insights, feature requests) during prospect conversations and share it with Product and Marketing.
  • Monitor outreach metrics—open rates, reply rates, connect rates—and collaborate with Sales Ops to optimize cadences and scripts.
  • Stay up to date on AI and cloud trends (e.g., generative AI in pharma R&D) to position Nebius’s value proposition effectively.
