Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A persistent, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for outreach and relationship building.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Comfort learning new tools and technology.
  • Coachability and a hunger to learn, whatever stage of your sales career you're at.

Nice To Haves

  • CRM experience, like Salesforce, is a bonus but not required.
  • Prior B2B sales or customer-facing experience is a strong asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and key contacts within target organizations.
  • Engage prospects through outbound phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate conversations and qualify interest.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives by clearly articulating McLean & Company's value proposition.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging, share feedback from the field, and support campaign execution.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and company offerings to tailor outreach effectively.
