You aren't just "making calls"-you are securing revenue. Your daily focus includes: Outbound Engagement: Execute high-volume outbound calls to existing and potential customers with enthusiasm and authority. Appointment Setting: Master the art of the "close" by turning a conversation into a firmly booked service appointment. Retention Excellence: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns with professional poise. Value-Based Selling: Educate customers on their vehicle's needs and overcome objections to ensure they prioritize their service visit. Database Management: Maintain an organized CRM, ensuring every lead is tracked and every follow-up is executed with precision. KPI Ownership: Collaborate with the Service Manager to hit daily and weekly booking targets and conversion goals. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or phone-based sales
  • Ability to be comfortable in a role where your success is measured by daily KPIs (calls made, appointments booked) and where bonuses are tied to performance
  • Ability to commit to strict punctuality and a consistent high-energy work schedule
