Job Summary We are seeking a customer-focused and highly responsive Business Development Representative to support our inbound sales engine. This role is primarily responsible for handling inbound calls, chats, emails, customer service cases, and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to provide fast, accurate, and helpful support to prospective customers. This is an early-career position focused on solutioning customer needs, processing transactional sales, and qualifying opportunities for the sales team when needed. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, communicates clearly, and is motivated by solving customer problems and progressing deals efficiently.
