About The Position

Patrick Accounting of Memphis, TN is seeking a full-time Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is for individuals passionate about small businesses and their success, who enjoy connecting with business owners and building strategic partnerships. The mission is to provide vision and insight into business owners' financials so they can make informed decisions and run successful businesses. The Business Development Representative will work closely with the entire firm to accomplish this mission daily.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset
  • Strong experience in B2B sales, preferably in a service-based industry.
  • Four-year college degree, preferably in business.
  • History of achievement throughout various stages of life.
  • Proven track record of success through honors, awards, and promotions.
  • Effective communicator with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to engage with small business owners and C-suite executives.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Hubspot or CRMs is ideal, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with business owners and build strategic partnerships within the community.
  • Provide vision and insight into business owners' financials.
  • Work closely with the entire firm to accomplish the company's mission.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $65,000-$75,000 plus commission and bonuses.
  • On Target Earnings of $120,000-$150,000 for the first year.
