We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Representative to support and grow our presence in the Permian Basin. The ideal candidate has strong industry relationships, a working understanding of upstream/midstream operations, and a proven ability to win new work while growing existing accounts. This role is responsible for achieving annual awarded revenue goals of $10M+ through disciplined account development, strategic targeting, and strong commercial execution. The position is hybrid and requires regular travel throughout the Midland/Odessa area and other areas as needed.
