The Recharge platform leverages data from over 100 million shoppers to help brands more successfully set up, manage, and grow their subscription businesses. Recharge is a hands-on partner to over 20,000 brands globally. This is a highly outbound role focused on generating pipeline through strategic prospecting into ecommerce brands. You'll partner closely with Account Executives to identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and create meaningful conversations with prospective merchants. The best BDRs today don't just send emails or make calls - they combine curiosity, creativity, AI, and data to deliver personalized outreach at scale. If you're energized by building pipeline from scratch, experimenting with new prospecting techniques, and continuously improving your craft, we'd love to meet you. We have clear paths into Account Executive, Growth Account Management, and other go-to-market roles, and we invest heavily in developing high-performing talent. While Recharge is a remote-first company, our Sales team operates from two hubs (Toronto, Canada and Lehi, Utah). We are looking for candidates to work full-time from our Toronto office.
