Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads, incoming phone calls, and customer inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm showroom appointments.
• Follow up with prospective and previous customers.
• Build lasting relationships through consistent communication.
• Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from initial contact to showroom visit.
• Exceed appointment and follow-up goals.
