As a BDC Representative, you’re the voice and connection behind the brand, creating momentum that turns interest into appointments and appointments into long-term clients. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your ability to communicate, organize, and follow through directly drives success for both the customer and the store.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (phone confidence is key)
  • A natural sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple conversations at once
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and technology
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results

Nice To Haves

  • Previous BDC, call center, or customer engagement experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming sales inquiries (phone, internet, and leads)
  • Convert interest into firm, show-ready appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to keep opportunities moving forward
  • Build and manage a clean, accurate customer database for retention and repeat business
  • Stay current on Land Rover products, pricing, and current offers
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve processes and customer experience
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication with professionalism and urgency
  • Identify and escalate customer concerns when needed
