With major expansion to our client base and use cases, we are seeking a Client Services Associate to support our clients in the successful operations of our solution. This role supports DealForge, CEPRES’ solution for deal analytics and bench-marking—enabling investment teams to evaluate transactions, identify value creation drivers, and benchmark performance using real market data. You will be responsible for driving pipeline growth for DealForge across this expanding segment. You will drive qualified demo bookings with senior investment professionals at private capital firms (GPs) across North America. This role combines targeted outbound prospecting and inbound lead support, engaging stakeholders across investor relations, investment strategy, deal, and underwriting teams. You’ll help drive growth in a new market segment within an established private markets business, with high visibility and impact across the sales organization. This role is a key part of expanding coverage across a targeted GP universe and supporting the growth of DealForge within a defined and opportunity-rich segment of the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ year of sales or client-facing experience
  • Experience in private capital markets or financial markets
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate in ambiguity
  • High ownership and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Generate pipeline through highly personalized outbound email outreach (primary channel)
  • Cold calling to support email outreach and introduce prospects to the solution
  • LinkedIn engagement and inbound lead qualification
  • Drive qualified demo bookings with senior investment professionals at GPs
  • Target firms with $500M+ AUM across North America
  • Engage investor relations, investment strategy, deal, and underwriting teams
  • Achieve 15+ qualified demos per month
  • Build tailored outreach referencing deals, portfolios, and investment focus
  • Maintain CRM pipeline tracking and contribute to sales strategy
