Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create qualified sales leads to cultivate new business opportunities from prospects through self-sourced prospects.
  • Manage an assigned roster and Marketing qualified leads.
  • Process annual renewals.
  • Drive lead generation and client conversion by executing outbound calls and emails.
  • Handle inbound inquiries.
  • Identify high-potential prospects through effective prospecting and qualification.
  • Convert through qualification and needs validation to create SQLs for sales execution.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings with aligned Sales team member(s).
  • Foster strong client relationships and create a positive brand image by collaborating with Marketing on campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Manage leads throughout the process.
  • Support sales team success by participating in strategy meetings.
  • Stay informed on industry trends.
  • Understand prospect challenges.
  • Prepare sales plays and messaging for Call Calendar.
  • Streamline top of the sales funnel to facilitate the success of Account Managers and Solutions Executives.
  • Work with existing customers on annual subscription renewals.
