We’re building a new outbound team from the ground up, and we’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who wants to be part of something they helped build. You’ll be one of the first hires on a restructured outbound team — with clear targets, strong tooling, and direct access to leadership. This is a phone-first, metrics-driven role. You’ll be expected to run high-volume outbound activity every day — calls, emails, and LinkedIn — and convert that effort into qualified meetings and Stage 1 pipeline.
