As a Business Development Representative with Launch, you'll take on a pivotal role in fostering and expanding relationships with crucial decision-makers across our client base. Your primary focus will be on identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities within client organizations and engaging with key stakeholders across various levels. This position not only offers an avenue for professional growth but also provides an invaluable platform for honing essential skills in relationship-building and business development.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Management, or related field
  • 1-3 years of sales/business development experience
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to self-manage
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and effectively
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Introduce Launch Consulting as a digital transformation leader and partner to prospective client companies, using a consultative approach, through multiple resources including prospecting/cold-calling, presentations/meetings, referrals, social media, etc
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand the prospective client's industry, pain points, and needs
  • Assess and qualify leads obtained through various channels, ensuring that scheduled meetings are aligned with our target audience and objectives
  • Initiate and conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to prospective clients, effectively communicating our value proposition and services
  • Driving efforts to set up and schedule meetings with potential clients involves a strategic and organized approach
  • Articulate our offerings to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and solutions we provide. Your communication skills will be pivotal in engaging potential clients, addressing their queries, and nurturing initial interest into meaningful conversations
  • Establish a rapport swiftly, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a genuine interest in addressing the client's needs (This skill will be crucial in fostering lasting relationships)
