Requirements

• 5+ years driving consultative enterprise sales—BPO, Professional Services, Insurance, Financial Advising, Real Estate, or Mortgage
• Generate your own leads and have a track record of consistent, high close rates
• Built referral networks and understand that your best deals come from relationships
• Comfortable on the phone and video; live in your CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Think like a business owner—you're building something sustainable, not just collecting paychecks
• Want autonomy paired with unlimited earning potential
