The Business Development Representative will be responsible for expanding lines of service as defined by management by developing and retaining referrals from physicians and other key non-physician referral sources. This role requires frequent travel within the community to schedule meetings and develop contacts and referral sources. The representative will also manage leads, coordinate admissions, educate patients and families, and represent the facility in professional forums.
