Beyond powers the business of short-term rentals with a best-in-class Revenue Management System used by thousands of property managers and owners around the world. We’re profitable, growing fast, and building with the latest technologies—including AI—to help our customers unlock more revenue with less effort. Behind our product is a global team of 180+ Beyonders who bring curiosity, craft, and care to everything we do. We believe people are the most important part of any business, starting with ours. This role is a hybrid position based in Chicago, IL with 2-3 days per week in the office.

Requirements

  • A demonstrated ability to understand and apply effective outbound prospecting strategies and techniques
  • Confidence in picking up the phone and smoothly conversing with prospects
  • Demonstrated history of resilience, curiosity, optimism, and a solutions-oriented mentality
  • A track record of overachieving against defined metrics
  • A data-oriented approach with an aptitude for large data sets and numbers

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce and Sales Automation/Engagement platform
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems
  • Familiarity with the vacation rental market

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, reaching out to, and qualifying leads to convey Beyond’s value proposition
  • Converting qualified leads into scheduled product demos for our Account Executive team
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to share and learn from best practices
  • Quota attainment based on qualified leads & activity
