About The Position

Our client is a fast-growing technology company operating in the SaaS space, delivering innovative digital solutions that help businesses streamline operations, improve productivity, and scale faster. With a strong presence in international markets and a rapidly expanding customer base, the company is focused on building a high-performing sales team to drive pipeline growth and revenue. We are hiring a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) with 5+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales. This is a high-impact remote sales role focused on outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and engaging key decision-makers within target accounts. You will play a critical role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and setting up high-value meetings for the closing team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, SDR/BDR roles, or outbound SaaS sales
  • Proven success in B2B SaaS or technology sales environments
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, buyer personas, and value-based selling
  • Experience engaging mid-market and enterprise-level stakeholders
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach platforms (Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft)
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Highly self-motivated, analytical, and results-driven

Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) targeting B2B SaaS buyers
  • Identify and engage decision-makers (VP, Director, C-level) across target industries
  • Qualify leads based on ICP, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT or MEDDIC frameworks)
  • Book high-quality discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
  • Develop personalized, data-driven outreach strategies for target accounts
  • Maintain and manage pipeline activity using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and campaigns
  • Consistently exceed KPIs including meetings booked, pipeline generated, and conversion rates
