Requirements
- 1-2+ years in SDR/BDR or similar
- Proven ability to hit or exceed meeting targets
- Strong outbound skills across channels
- Clear, direct communication
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup
Nice To Haves
- Sold into healthcare or med spas
Responsibilities
- Own top of funnel. Fully.
- Work on outbound campaigns across email, calls, and social
- Identify high-value clinics (med spas, aesthetics, wellness, weight loss)
- Write messaging that gets responses
- Qualify leads based on real revenue pain
- Book meetings and create pipeline
- Keep CRM clean and accurate
