We’re looking for four new Business Development Representatives to join our Chicago office. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new sales opportunities for our Sales Engineers through a mix of marketing-generated leads and outbound prospecting/cold calling. When we say “Cold Calling,” we mean highly targeted leads, not a shotgun approach. You’ll be equipped with a suite of top-tier prospecting tools to maximize your efficiency and conversion rate. Expect to make 50–100 outbound dials per day, depending on your conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in an outbound environment, B2B preferred.
  • A genuine love of learning.
  • The ability to explain complicated ideas in simple, compelling ways.
  • A coachable mindset.
  • A passion for outbound prospecting and lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Generating new sales opportunities for our Sales Engineers through a mix of marketing-generated leads and outbound prospecting/cold calling.
  • Making 50-100 outbound dials per day.
