Blue Yonder is seeking a Business Development Representative to support our retail vertical. This role involves using prospecting strategies for initial outreach to prospects, building relationships with key decision makers, and collecting/analyzing customer needs and challenges. The representative will identify and qualify budget, timelines, business pain points, and obstacles for handoff to the sales team. They will also participate in sales opportunity reviews, collaborate with Account Managers, and achieve quarterly lead generation and pipeline goals. The role requires qualifying leads via multiple channels, tracking sales activities, overcoming objections, and communicating Blue Yonder's value propositions. Active participation in innovating new marketing techniques for Blue Yonder's products is also expected.
