Our values are: Client Centricity One Team Impactful Basic salary range - $80-95,000 + commission 🚀 Your Role: As Xceptor continues to grow and work with some of the largest financial institutions across the globe, we are looking for a Business Development representative to support our growth across North America. This is a unique opportunity to get a better grasp of the financial markets, prospects, and speak to some of the largest financial institutions and be part of an outstanding global team.

Requirements

  • Understanding of financial markets, ideally Capital Markets.
  • Demonstrable experience in software sales, BD, or similar lead generation role
  • Great team player with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience, or a strong interest, in the finance, regulatory or compliance industries
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Co-ownership of the revenue growth objectives with the wider Business Development team (sales managers, revenue, and digital marketing)
  • Drive outbound lead generation activities as part of our growth objectives
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets in arranging initial sales meetings and demos for Sales Managers
  • Support Sales Managers in defining and structuring account plans & regional strategies across your target markets
  • Work with Marketing to support local & international business development initiatives
  • Measure effectiveness and refine tailored campaigns to meet the demands and expectations of your market
  • Research companies and reach out to target audiences using LinkedIn, calls, and emails to drive leads
  • Work closely with internal teams to be able to pitch our products and services
