Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with payment platforms, fintech, or SaaS solutions
  • Familiarity with partner/channel sales models
  • Ability to quickly build trust and influence decision-makers
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound and partner-referred leads from strategic banking partners, ensuring timely and professional engagement.
  • Conduct discovery calls in both English and Spanish to assess merchant business goals, operational challenges, and payment requirements.
  • Lead tailored product demonstrations that clearly connect our solutions to merchant pain points and business outcomes.
  • Prepare and present accurate quotes, proactively follow up, and move opportunities efficiently through the sales funnel.
  • Partner closely with Channel Account Managers, Partner Managers, and internal teams to align on strategy and drive deal success.
  • Keep all customer interactions, opportunities, and activities accurately documented and up to date in CRM systems.
  • Balance multiple opportunities simultaneously while meeting aggressive response-time expectations and conversion goals.
  • Develop strong relationships with partners and merchants through product expertise, industry knowledge, and consultative selling.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
