As we continue to increase our presence in the market, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and strategic direction of our automation group. The BDR will work with our Sales Engineers to create new customers and exceed monthly sales goals from qualified sales opportunities. The BDR will be cold calling, creating email campaigns, using social media, and networking to generate interest and identify potential automation prospects. The BDR will gather relevant information about these prospects, such as their needs, challenges, and buying behaviors, to assist the Sales Engineer with creating a tailored approach. We are seeking a persuasive and independent individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, strong at building relationships, excellent at hunting/prospecting and natural at problem solving with value added solutions.
