About The Position

Follett Content Solutions helps build a diverse collection of print and digital resources to support every student. We are currently hiring for a Business Development Rep. This position is a non-exempt full-time position located in McHenry, IL. The pay for this position is $20 per hour which is equivalent to $41,600 annually along with bonus eligibility. We offer a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) and 2 remote days (Wednesday & Friday). About the Role: As a Sales Development Consultant, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to generate new leads, build strong relationships with clients, and close deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
