The Hybrid BDR role is a full-cycle pipeline generation position that owns all lead sources for a defined set of accounts. Each Hybrid BDR is aligned to one Sales Manager (DSM) and partners with 3-5 Account Manager / Solutions Engineer (AM/SE) pairs and their book of business. This is a quota-carrying role with an annual quota and quarterly targets. The expectation is simple: meet and exceed targets by executing with urgency, strong habits, and customer-focused discovery across inbound and outbound motions.
