About The Position

We are a growing restoration company focused on water damage mitigation and reconstruction, and we are looking for a motivated, independent rep to expand our presence across Austin. This is a 1099, commission-only opportunity for someone who wants flexibility, uncapped earning potential, and the ability to build a long-term book of business. This role is about earning long-term partnerships, not transactional selling.

Requirements

  • Existing relationships OR regular access to property managers or commercial decision-makers
  • The ability to get meetings and build trust quickly

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in restoration, construction, property management, or B2B services
  • Real estate agents working with investors or distressed properties
  • Vendor-side reps (janitorial, HVAC, security, etc.) calling on similar clients

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with: Property management companies Apartment communities / HOAs Commercial facilities
  • Introduce our company and position us as a reliable, go-to vendor
  • Stay in consistent contact with partners and remain top-of-mind
  • Generate mitigation and reconstruction opportunities through your network and outreach
