Woodland Builders is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to support outreach, referral relationships, lead generation, and marketing follow-up for high-end residential remodeling and design-build projects across the South Shore. Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience in a client-facing professional role preferred
  • Experience in business development, sales, account management, marketing coordination, client relations, or community outreach preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and in person
  • Organized, self-directed, and able to manage a weekly outreach cadence
  • Ability to follow up consistently and track activity accurately
  • Comfortable using basic CRM tools; experience with Loop or GoHighLevel-based systems is a plus
  • Ability to attend occasional in-person meetings, networking events, or community events in the South Shore area

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction, real estate, interior design, home services, or a related industry is a plus, but not required
  • Professional, relationship-focused approach to representing the company

Responsibilities

  • Execute outreach to interior designers, architects, financial planners, and other potential referral partners in the South Shore market
  • Follow up on marketing campaign responses, past client referral opportunities, stale leads, and new inquiries
  • Represent Woodland Builders at select local networking events, community gatherings, and professional association meetings
  • Make first contact with target referral partners and help move qualified relationships to the appropriate internal team member
  • Research and build target outreach lists by geography, professional category, and project type
  • Track outreach activity, lead status, and follow-up steps in Loop CRM
  • Follow up on new inquiries during business hours when the primary team is unavailable
  • Manage follow-up activity for leads who have not yet scheduled a home visit
  • Reach out to past clients for Google reviews, testimonials, and referral introductions
  • Send end-of-job survey requests and track responses
  • Participate in a brief weekly check-in to review activity, results, and priorities
  • Provide a simple weekly activity summary, including contacts made, follow-ups completed, and referral conversations initiated
  • Coordinate with internal team members on list-building, research, scheduling, and administrative follow-up
