About The Position

Stevens Construction Corp. is a commercial general contractor with self-performed trades of concrete, carpentry, and prefabricated wall panels. We specialize in the new construction and renovation of commercial, multi-unit, and mixed-use buildings, consistently delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations. The Business Development Manager is responsible for leading and driving all business development efforts in the MN & Western WI markets. The focus will be on creating new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and positions Stevens Construction Corp. for continued success in these markets.

Requirements

• Experience in business development within construction or a related industry
• In-depth knowledge of the local market, especially in commercial real estate development
• Strategic thinker with the ability to plan for both short- and long-term goals
• Self-motivated and organized, with strong time management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships

Nice To Haves

• Experience in community and economic development is a plus
• Multifamily construction or development experience is preferred
