About The Position

This role is for an Outside Sales Business Development Manager with Prologistix in South Kansas City, MO. The position is with Employbridge, the nation's largest light industrial staffing supplier. The role focuses on building relationships, solving challenges, and making an impact in workforce solutions, rather than just traditional sales. The position involves a mix of in-field prospecting and in-office account management.

Requirements

  • A competitive spirit and a love for challenges.
  • Proven ability to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and acquire new accounts.
  • Experience using sales tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Salesforce.
  • Strong business acumen and the drive to develop a book of business.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience in outside sales.

  • Social Selling Index proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new business, with 70% in-field and 30% in-office account management.
  • Attract and engage customers through various channels including calls, social media, face-to-face meetings, and email.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and Social Selling Index to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Leverage market research to identify customer challenges and key stakeholders.
  • Provide consultative account management and post-sale support.
  • Secure new clients (net new logos) and grow the assigned territory.
