We are looking for a new member to join our Business Development team in New York City focusing on new project pursuits in the North and South American market. BIG is a group of 750+ architects, designers, and thinkers from all over the world who are based in Copenhagen, New York, Los Angeles, London, Barcelona, Shanghai, Zurich, and Oslo. We are unified by the shared mission to craft the world we want to live in and to give form to our future one project at a time. As Business Development Manager, you will support BIG in looking for new frontiers and projects that shape the future of our cities. You will be involved in developing market strategies, new client relationships, and securing new projects across a range of typologies. On a day-to-day basis, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for securing a project from start to finish, overseeing submarkets within the region, initiating proactive endeavors that support the larger market strategy, overseeing background tasks, and building relationships with a vast network of clients, consultants, and collaborators. As Business Development Manager, you will work directly with the Business Development Director and Partner, as well as the larger NYC office leadership and operations team.
