About The Position

We’re looking for a high-energy hunter to help drive Epsilon’s continued growth, spearheading our expansion in key markets such as Data Centers, Healthcare, and Advanced Manufacturing. This role represents the face of the company, identifying high-value construction projects and turning leads into long-term strategic partnerships. You won’t just be selling a service; you’ll be advocating for a new way of building that identifies and solves persistent industry challenges like labor shortages, schedule delays, and cost overruns.

Requirements

  • Direct experience developing new business for a B2B industry, preferably a disruptive service
  • High competence with Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Comfort discussing all aspects of Epsilon’s business and systems at a high level
  • Clean driving record
  • Valid Passport
  • Successful completion of background check
  • Ability to communicate professionally at all levels of the organization and with external contacts

  • Sandler sales process experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify firms, teams and projects where our disruption offers the highest ROI
  • Track local zoning changes, permit filings, and competitor activity to identify emerging hotspots
  • Articulate Epsilon’s thought leadership with owners, construction managers and project teams to develop the "Total Cost of Ownership" mindset
  • Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities in Epsilon’s target markets
  • Network with owners, construction managers, sub-contractors, architects, engineers, and owner’s representatives to identify strategic opportunities early and stay ahead of the bid cycle
  • Deliver compelling, situation-specific presentations that showcase Epsilon’s value proposition to individuals and groups of all sizes
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to handover to the sales and project development teams
