About The Position

This role focuses on developing and executing a US market go-to-market strategy, with a primary focus on CPA firms and accounting practices, as well as mid-market and growth-stage businesses. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building a strong qualified pipeline through various channels, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, and positioning the company as a strategic long-term partner. A key aspect of the role involves building relationships with US CPA firms to offer co-sourcing and offshore delivery models for audit, tax, and accounting services, addressing common pain points such as talent shortages, margin pressure, and seasonal capacity constraints. The position also involves selling automation and AI solutions (AcoSpark focus) and market expansion advisory services (Stratrich focus) to identify opportunities within CPA firms and in-house finance teams, as well as US companies looking to expand into India and UAE. Additionally, the role includes account expansion through cross-selling and upselling, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting to meet revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Strong B2B consultative selling skills
  • Experience selling offshoring, outsourcing, or professional services
  • Ability to sell complex, multi-service solutions
  • Excellent communication and executive presence
  • Hunter mindset with deal-closure discipline
  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 7–12 years of experience in US B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Experience selling to CPA firms, finance leaders, or professional services clients

  • Prior experience selling offshore accounting / BPO / consulting services (strongly preferred)
  • Prior experience selling Automation, RPA, or AI solutions (added advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a US market go-to-market strategy across CPA firms and accounting practices, and mid-market and growth-stage businesses.
  • Build a strong qualified pipeline through outbound, inbound, alliances, and referrals.
  • Own the full sales cycle: Prospecting → Discovery → Solutioning → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure.
  • Position as strategic long-term partners, not vendors.
  • Drive multi-service and bundled deal wins across the three brands.
  • Build relationships with US CPA firms (small, mid-size, and regional).
  • Position co-sourcing and offshore delivery models for audit, tax, and accounting.
  • Address CPA firm pain points: Talent shortages, Margin pressure, Seasonal capacity constraints.
  • Identify automation and AI opportunities within CPA firms and in-house finance teams.
  • Work with internal SMEs to scope use cases, value propositions, and ROI narratives.
  • Close pilot projects and scale to enterprise-wide deployments.
  • Identify US companies seeking India and UAE market expansion.
  • Sell market research, incorporation, trade registrations, and post-incorporation corporate services.
  • Collaborate with Stratrich delivery teams for solutioning and onboarding.
  • Grow allocated existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell across service lines, long-term retainers, and managed services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with founders, partners, CFOs, and controllers.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and pricing feedback.
