About The Position

Parts ASAP is looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to own the California & Nevada territory. This is an outside sales role where you will be on the road, in dealerships and rental stores, building partnerships and growing the territory. The role offers a base salary for stability and uncapped commission, meaning the more you grow the territory, the more you earn.

Requirements

Knowledge of rubber tracks, their applications, and customers.
Familiarity with heavy construction equipment and parts, able to converse with dealers and service teams.
3-5 years of business development or outside sales experience.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Comfort with approximately 50% travel time across the territory.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-motivation and ability to work independently while valuing teamwork.
Proficiency in computer skills including email, Word, Excel, and CRM software.

Experience in agriculture or construction parts sales.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the business development plan for the California & Nevada territory with clear goals.
Build and maintain partnerships with equipment dealers and rental stores, becoming their go-to resource for rubber tracks and construction equipment parts.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, opening new accounts and expanding existing ones.
Present solutions, negotiate effectively, and close deals to exceed sales targets.
Act as the voice of the market by sharing customer feedback and market insights with sales, marketing, and product teams.
Manage customer issues, including product and service resolutions with the warranty team, to ensure client retention.
Maintain and update customer visit logs and opportunity details in the CRM daily.
