Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution in a relevant discipline.
  • Current, valid Driver’s License.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree or MBA from an accredited institution
  • 10 years of combined experience working within the construction industry.
  • Skills include customer support, construction jobsite training, inspection and reporting.
  • Developing market assessments & executive briefings
  • Familiar with local building codes and standards

Responsibilities

  • Meeting, or exceeding designated sales quota in your territory.
  • Partnering with local channel to execute growth initiatives, strategies and programs
  • Developing end-user customers and application processes to drive growth
  • Providing key market and customers insights to the global team and to local management
  • Effectively and consistently managing the opportunity pipeline while strategically planning for new opportunities and markets
  • Supporting our customers in specifying 3M products into construction projects.
  • Training customers, local code officials, applicators and architects on 3M portfolios
  • Analyzing customer needs and informing on needed product testing & certification decisions
  • Providing objective technical advice to help customers deliver code-compliant solutions
