Elwood Staffing is currently hiring a Business Development Manager to sell our staffing services to potential clients in the light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse and logistics industry. This position is part of our full-time internal team. The role involves identifying leads, qualifying prospective business, creating proposals, presenting to clients, and creating new sustainable business partnerships. It requires in-person outreach (70-75% throughout the week) and presenting customized solutions that demonstrate a clear understanding of the prospective client's staffing needs. The Business Development Manager will actively drive negotiations, close, and onboard new accounts while working with a service team to provide service delivery. For those new to sales, training is provided. The role requires excellent computer skills, strong verbal and written communication, and excellent organizational skills. A valid driver's license is required for travel between the branch and prospect/client locations.
