About The Position

Backed by Skybox Capital—founded by the entrepreneurs who built and sold Vivid Seats—we move quickly, think analytically, and compete aggressively. We grow because we identify opportunities faster, negotiate better deals, and execute relentlessly. This isn't a traditional account management role. We're looking for a Business Development Manager who loves winning deals, finding opportunities others miss, and using data to make smarter decisions. You'll work closely with leadership, marketing, and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities, negotiate strategic partnerships, and drive revenue across multiple business lines. The ideal candidate combines strong sales instincts with analytical curiosity. Someone who enjoys prospecting, negotiating, and building relationships—but also wants to understand the numbers behind why a deal works.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related commercial roles
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas, KPIs, or revenue goals
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills
  • Experience using data to drive business decisions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

  • Affiliate marketing, performance marketing, lead generation, or customer acquisition experience is a strong plus
