You are masterful at opening doors in a noisy marketplace. You’re energized by navigating complex buying dynamics, especially when buyers don’t understand what they’re missing. You are not discouraged by hearing “we already have IT” or “we don’t take sales calls.” In fact, those are your openers. Managed IT Services is a crowded and often misunderstood industry, where prospects are frequently non-technical and skeptical. Success in this space requires selling value, not features—showing business leaders how proactive IT support drives real financial and operational outcomes. You thrive on deep discovery and don’t stop at surface pain. You’re the kind of rep who pulls objections into the room, picks up on subtle buying cues, and finds 3–5x ROI for prospects through a mix of business impact, risk reduction, and strategic value. You own your outcomes. You build your own pipeline—calling, emailing, messaging on LinkedIn—and you drive deals from first meeting to signed contract. You’re accountable for results, not just activity. You believe success is earned through discipline, learning, and execution, not luck.
