About The Position

Join our NovaCare Rehabilitation sales team in the state of Delaware! This is a Full-Time position with a base salary range of $60,000 - $80,000/year, based on experience, plus a Quarterly Bonus Plan. As a business development manager, you will be essential to our company's plan for continued growth and building strong customer relationships. This position is responsible for educating physicians and patients about our physical therapy and specialty services, and ultimately generating referrals to increase overall patient volume. Requirements

B.S. /B.A degree
