About The Position

Join our NovaCare Rehabilitation sales team in the state of Delaware! This is a Full-Time Business Development Manager position with a base salary range of $60,000 - $80,000/year, based on experience, plus a Quarterly Bonus Plan. The ideal candidate is self-directed, motivated, and believes in the value of working as a team within a market and region. This role is essential to the company's plan for continued growth and building strong customer relationships. The position is responsible for educating physicians and patients about our physical therapy and specialty services, and ultimately generating referrals to increase overall patient volume. Requirements

B.S. /B.A degree
2 years of sales or business development experience
