As a BDM, you will be the face of ITG within the North American travel trade market. Travel advisors will know you and associate you with our brands, destinations, and the quality of our work/trips. Operating from your home office, you will build awareness, enhance our reputation, and develop deep knowledge of your partners better than anyone. Your primary focus will be to grow the lifetime value of our key trade partners through building strong relationships and making additional inquiries/bookings. To achieve this, you will work with existing partners, as well as seek and onboard new advisors and agencies, deliver training and webinars (both virtual and in-person), provide marketing materials, and offer rewards to your key accounts/advisors. You will take a key position in tracking, measuring, and influencing strategies and tactics to achieve this growth.
