CAPS Australia is a national leader in air compressor and power generation solutions, supporting industries across mining, manufacturing, energy, and mission-critical environments. They are seeking a High-performing Capital Equipment Business Development Manager to join their National Power Generation team, based in Queensland. This role is ideal for a motivated, results-oriented sales professional with OEM-backed solution sales experience coupled with an understanding of High-value and complex sales cycles. A key focus of this role is developing opportunities in the data centre market, plus other market segments such as Mining, civil, energy, and infrastructure. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for your own territory driving growth, developing new business, and managing key accounts strategically across the Queensland territory. You will work closely with operators, developers, EPCs, consultants, and internal teams to influence specifications and deliver tailored solutions, including diesel generator sets, and plantroom Balance of Plant along with other CAPS products.
