Martz Bus is seeking a results-driven sales professional to generate new business and grow revenue within the Maryland market. This is a field-based sales role focused on identifying new clients, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is comfortable prospecting for opportunities, meeting with customers, and converting those opportunities into revenue. Requirements

3–7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account acquisition
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience with prospecting, lead generation, and closing business
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and sales activity

Responsibilities

Generate new business through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, networking, and relationship building
