Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in an operational position.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based, and job-specific software applications.
• Ability to build business relations.
• Knowledge and understanding of the market and its competition.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic market intelligence to identify business opportunities.
• Identify and qualify potential customers.
• Build, develop, and foster strong business relationships internally and externally.
• Participate in business-generating events such as conventions and conferences.
• Write and submit bids, individually or as part of a team.
• Provide bids and quotations, and participate in negotiations.
• Participate in the preparation and negotiation of major tenders.
• Communicate client expectations to team members and ensure operational integration.
• Manage customer relationships closely and consistently with support from various company departments.
• Actively participate in problem-solving.
• Maintain and develop the existing customer base in the CRM.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
